While working on the new developments of Omixon, we come across an amazing number of HLA typing related, quality papers and thought it would be great to launch a database in which we can release this curated list of relevant papers.

On Mendeley, now you can follow this group and easily keep yourself up-to-date about HLA typing and next-generation sequencing.

We decided to publish our recent paper, HLA Typing from 1000 Genomes Whole Genome and Whole Exome Illumina Data, in the open access PLoS One journal. PLoS One provided us with some useful statistics about:
