Event Resolving Laboratory NGS Assay Challenges with HLA Twin

This workshop is designed for technicians that would like to learn how to troubleshoot technical errors that may originate during the NGS lab procedure, using HLA Twin. This is a good way to familiarize themselves with both the Holotype HLA assay and the HLA Twin software. By attending the workshop, you will be able to leave with data and worksheets for self-guided learning.

This workshop is designed to give a high level overview of the HLA Twin software and to tackle challenging samples, including investigation of novel alleles, null alleles and more – a critical component especially for labs. By attending the workshop, you will be able to leave with data and worksheets for self-guided learning.
