How can I find out which software or IMGT/HLA version was used for creating a specific analysis result?

  • Both application and IMGT/HLA database versions can be seen in a tooltip when the mouse is over the name of the analysis result on the HLA Typing dashboard.
  • The same version information for the currently viewed analysis result is also available in the header of the HLA Typing sample result screen.
