All tasks can be aborted in the task manager. Genotyping tasks can also be aborted by pressing the red X icon next to the sample that is being analysed or waiting for analysis. Note, that for batch analysis tasks, pressing the sample level abort icon will abort analysis for all samples in the multi-sample analysis.
