- Check the status of the Show Samples and Show Analyses buttons.
- Check the file filter function.
- Check that the required files are available in the folder in your operating system’s file browser. Check file permissions.
- Check file extensions. For fastq files fastq or fastq.gz file extensions are expected, while for HLA typing result a htr extension is required.
