Update Regarding our Operations during COVID-19

Dear Customers,

Due to the SARS-CoV-2 outbreak, we have already notified you about changes in our operations.
Please see below further amendments we would like to inform you about:

  • Our Global Logistics Team continues all activities, but considering the service quality and transit unpredictability of all freight companies, Omixon decided to ship orders according to the following schedule:
    • Europe: Mondays and Tuesdays
    • USA: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays

As a result of the current situation, please expect some inevitable delays in shipments due to the increase in demand and regulation across the Globe.

  • Our Commercial Team has ceased traveling, but are maintaining active contact with customers and partners through all remote channels like phone, email, skype etc.
  • We are doing our best to answer your questions within 24 hours
  • Our Lab RnD Operations continue with special attention to social distancing and safety
  • Our manufacturing continues without any impact to our business operations
  • All physical contact events in the upcoming months have been cancelled
