As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to HR Manager; ensuring the timely and accurate handling of all employee administration. You will be responsible for the accurate and consistent operation of all administrative and operational HR processes throughout the employment lifecycle.

Primary responsibilities

  • Supporting HR manager in all HR processes
    • Administration
      • Organize and maintain personnel records for our global organization. Ensure keeping HR Master Data up-to-date based on the company processes, systems and tools
      • Provide timely and accurate HR data for payroll closure
      • Create HR contracts and other HR related documentation and ensure compliant archiving
    •  Recruitment
      • Organizing, ordering, formulating, accepting and registering job advertisements
      • Organizing, ordering, formulating, accepting and registering job advertisements
      • Pre-screening and registration of incoming job applications
      • Collaborating with staff consultants if necessary
      • Representation of Omixon at Job Fairs
      • Organizing and conducting interviews
      • Preparing job offers
      • Tasks related to new hires
      • Preparing employment contracts
    • Trainings and personal development programs – Organization and administration of training sessions
    • Employee surveys – Support HR manager in conducting employee surveys
    • Appraisal process – Support HR manager in organizing Performance review meeting and documentation
  • Be the contact for questions from employees and contractors regarding HR data or information. Provide answers confidently and accurately regard to data privacy and company policies
  • Take ownership for the workload, exercise effective time management, prioritize tasks and complete all assigned projects, keep management informed if workloads become unmanageable

Requirements that make you the best candidate: 

  • At least secondary level degree (preferred BA degree in HR)
  • 2-3 years’ proven work experience as an HR Administrator, junior HR Generalist
  • Experience with recruitment
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Hungarian labor law and regulations
  • Knowledge of any HR integrated Software (HR Master, HRIS)
  • MS Office knowledge, ability to work with big amount of data
  • Good, confident English knowledge, both in speaking and writing
