It’s a huge pleasure to announce that the Omixon Academy finally launches! This project was initiated last year based on the amazing feedback we received over our educational blog entries and decided to dedicate a whole new website to that.
The Omixon Academy includes sections such as Education for materials, Library with HLA-related curated papers, and News featuring key news items every day.

We are always glad to see new papers or book chapters that mention and actually use our software. We have been using the #NGSnews hashtag for marking Twitter messages which are relevant to the field of next-generation sequencing for more than a year. And as there are more and more studies focusing on HLA and its relation to diseases, we are happy to introduce the #HLAnews hashtag as well.
